My name is Mrs. Suzanne Miller and I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade math. My commitment here at this school is to help your child. I am really excited this year as I will be focusing on the middle school math program here at Green Hills School.  We have an extra three math periods a week per grade this year.  We also have some new materials that will be added to the program this year.  I look forward to using these extra materials in math this year and enhancing our program in middle school.

EXTRA HELP/AFTERSCHOOL HELP*** I am available for extra help to all my 6th, 7th and 8th grade students after school. If you would like for me stay after school please send a note or email the day before so I can check and make sure I don't have any meetings.

Middle School Mathematics will be more involved for your child especially if they are entering 6th or 7th grade. We will be taking many notes through the entire year and your child will be graded on how well they take notes. This is something we will be talking more about during the first couple of weeks of school. I am putting the homework assignment not only under the assignment link, but also under calendar events. I thought this would be helpful if your child has a missing homework from being sick, he or she can check the calendar to see what assignments were due and on what date.

The textbook can be accessed online, yes the entire text is online. Your child has been given the website, a username, and a password (I have put this information at the bottom of this page). In order to access the text online you must have acrobat reader on your computer. If you click on the useful links page you will find the link to your childs online textbook website.
